If you or your loved ones are in crisis and cannot cope you may call our emergency care mobile number. We can be called to upon by either yourself or by other Social care professionals to offer emergency care services. We provide sit in emergency support as well as residential care. This service is used by GP’s, Social Care Professionals, Local Authorities, Carers and Relatives; You can also self-refer by calling us on the number provided - 07498 916 892.
Emergency care is a responsive and accessable service that allows you to call on us when you need us most; Available 24 hours a day 7 days a week. Emergency care means that in your time of crisis you dont have to go it alone, we can be there for you to offer support when a loved on who is suffering from dementia is not safe to be left at home alone or is suffering servre symptoms such as extreme behaviours.
